- Inside Sales
Main Responsibilities
- Connect with Outside Sales [OS], internal/external suppliers and Operations [OPS]
- Reviewing the customer specification(s), contract and Terms and Condition (T&C’s) & involve appropriate departments (e.g. Design Engineering, Quality Engineering / Quality Assurances, Project Management, Purchasing, Planning as well as internal and external resources) in order to prepare a correct proposal.
- Get required pre-quotes to minimize cost / time baseline (e.g IMI-sister companies sub-suppliers …). Compare proposals from different suppliers and match the technical, economic and delivery requirements
- Enforcing necessary techn. & commercial customer / IMI-CCI agreements,
- Running the Sales Force SFDC processes
- Calculating the project sales costs and to maximize the sales Gross Margin [GM] (“GM-1”) based on the applicable programs & sub-quotes
- Reviewing the customer purchase order against our latest offer and solving potential deviations
- Compiling the completed Customer Order Review Board Package [CORB-Package] & to provide it to the Manager PFM
- Fill and update the necessary programs
What We Are Looking For
- Engineering degree/master in Electrical / Electronic or Mechanical Engineering. Already experienced inside sales in Oil&Gas companies. Fluent written and spoken English. Preferred candidates with TUV Functional Safety Engineer certification
