HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other challenges
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement and motivation of human capital
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Liaise with the Regional HR Team to ensure alignment to the Regional strategy/ initiatives / projects
  • Partner with the HR peers within the Regional Team as to share and leverage on best practices and contribute to initiatives and projects centrally promoted by the Regional HR team


Critical Competencies for Success:

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager and/or HR Business Partner in multinational environments
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to understand business strategy and execute plans aligned to it
  • Solid leadership skills as to be perceived as competent, trustworthy and influential partner by the different stakeholders
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of Czech labor law and HR best practices
  • Proven experience with HR metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
